Accommodations include simple, yet romantic rooms, and beautiful spacious suites. There is a great room for gatherings and outdoor patios for grilling.

And in the morning you can look forward to a full hot breakfast in the dining room, or on the deck, overlooking the marsh. When you return from a day of activities and island exploration you’ll find your suite waiting on you.

  • Your weeks shift forward on the calendar by one week every year so that all owners can experience special holidays like July the 4th, Easter and Christmas
  • Your vacation home is well cared for and staffed, awaiting your arrival.
  • A golf cart is included with your suite.
  • Owners may bring their dog when they visit.
  • As a B&B, your hot breakfast is served in the morning, so your vacation is really a vacation!
  • Your ownership comes with membership privileges at the Shoals Club, with small usage fees per visit.
  • As an owner, you may rent your unused time for income or you may trade your time directly with other fractional owners.
