With years of experience in the Coastal real estate market, Suzanne has sold $350M+ throughout her career and is consistently the top producing broker at Landmark Sotheby's International Realty. Suzanne’s success stems from her strong client relationships built on open, honest communication. She finds personal satisfaction in prioritizing clients’ needs and lifestyles to best attain their goals. Her ability to assess market opportunities and advise her clients on strategic moves has made her a preeminent choice for real estate brokerage needs in Southeastern North Carolina's beach communities.
A native of Northern Virginia, Suzanne graduated with honors from NC State University, where she obtained her degree in Communications and Public Relations. After a career in marketing & public relations, Suzanne and her family settled in Wilmington and her second career as a full-time real estate broker took off. She moved full time to Bald Head Island in 2019.
Actively involved in the community, she serves on the Board of Directors of The Old Baldy Foundation, the Board of Advisors of The Shoals Club, the Harbour Architectural Review Board and is a member of the Wedding Guild for the Village Chapel of Bald Head Island. During the busy Summer season, she spends late nights on the beach serving as a turtle nest monitor for the Bald Head Island Conservancy.
An avid sports fan and outdoorswoman, Suzanne enjoys spending time on the water, watching college sports and playing golf when time allows. Her family includes her husband Pat (Wake Forest and East Carolina), son Jack (Auburn) and one very spoiled spaniel named Salty.
